End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Acknowledgement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (the “End User”) and Natural English Apps (the “Developer”) only. Apple is not a party to this EULA and assumes no responsibility for the Application or its content. This EULA must not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in effect on the Application’s release date.
2. Acceptance of the Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Natural English Apps mobile application (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to any of its terms, do not use the Application.
3. Definitions
- Application: The Natural English Apps mobile software provided via the App Store.
- End User or You: The individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Application.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to:
- Download, install, and use the Application on any Apple‑branded devices you own or control,
- Use it solely for your personal, non‑commercial English‑learning purposes.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to, without prior written permission from the Developer:
- Sell, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, decrypt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
- Use the Application for any purpose other than personal, non‑commercial evaluation.
Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.
6. Termination
This license and your right to use the Application terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
7. Maintenance and Support
The Developer alone is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any support for the Application.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some premium features require auto‑renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase and will renew automatically unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.
9. Warranty and Refund
No Warranty: The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties.
Refunds: If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a possible refund. Apple will have no further warranty obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Developer nor Apple will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of profits or data.
11. Product Claims
You acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to product liability, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy laws.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Application and its content are owned by the Developer or its suppliers. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
13. Collection of Technical Data & Privacy
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Apple CloudKit to securely store and sync your data—encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
