1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Natural English Apps mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Natural English Apps provides a mobile application designed to help users learn English through various features including articles, vocabulary quizzes, and progress tracking. The App offers both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need an Apple ID for progress synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Apple ID.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Natural English Apps or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial English learning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from us.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or convert any portion of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. These subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Natural English Apps MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE APP. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, Natural English Apps WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (the “End User”) and Natural English Apps (the “Developer”) only, not Apple. Apple is not a party to this EULA and assumes no responsibility for the Application or its content. This EULA must not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in effect on the Application’s release date.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Natural English Apps mobile application (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to any of its terms, do not use the Application.

3. Scope of License

The Developer grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Application on any Apple‑branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s usage rules. This license does not permit network distribution or simultaneous use on multiple devices, except via Family Sharing or volume purchases.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Developer alone is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any support for the Application.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features of the Application may be offered through auto‑renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase and will renew automatically unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Warranty and Refund

No Warranty: The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties.
Refunds: If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple will have no further warranty obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Developer nor Apple will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

8. Product Claims

You acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to product liability, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy laws, or use of HealthKit/HomeKit frameworks.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Application and its content are owned by the Developer or its content providers. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

10. Collection of Technical Data

We may collect anonymous technical data (device type, OS version, usage statistics) to improve the Application. Such data will not identify you personally.

11. Legal Compliance and Export

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws.

12. Third Party Terms of Use

You must comply with any third‑party service agreements when using the Application (e.g., your wireless data service agreement). The Developer is not responsible for your non‑compliance with such third‑party terms.

13. Third Party Beneficiaries

Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce its terms against you.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. You and the Developer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid for any disputes.

16. Modifications
